Why did you choose Terralink software?
When I started at Western Oil about a year and half ago, the software was already in place. We use it as a data entry reporting tool to ensure the requirements of state regulatory agencies are all met. Since we operate concurrently in all six New England States, it's important to keep track of each states' individual paperwork needs to avoid any possible fines or delays.

What has been your experience with Terralink's customer support team?
Terralink's support team is amazing. They've always resolved all of my issues in a timely manner and are helpful when I have questions. They are polite, efficient and really take the time to get to know you!

For what operations do you use the Terralink TDXAnywhere software?
TDXAnywhere helps us generate state-specific manifests and reports for our customers, as well as waste profiles and LDRs (Land Disposal Restrictions).

I've been using the product for about six months now, almost every day.

Why did you choose TDXAnywhere?
The absence of a local software installation requirement is a huge benefit for me, and it allows me to update information using just a web browser from any computer.

Additionally, the ease-of-use with TDXAnywhere is a great asset. I can access the databases from anywhere and always locate relevant information quickly and easily.

What has been your experience with Terralink's Customer Support team?
Terralink works hard to ensure that the customer is getting the most out of the product, and I really like that. The Customer Support team has been great to work with; they're very responsive and quick to help.

What are your future plans for work with Terralink and TDX?
Currently, Terralink is a small portion of our business, and I hope to expand the use of TDX to add value for our customers as our business grows. As regulations change and compliance continues to be of utmost importance in the waste management industry, it's vital to have a reliable tracking system in place to monitor waste shipments and generate reliable reports and manifests.
